Healing with Shamanic Rattles, Drum and Flute Medicine

with Himalayan Singing Bowls Sound Bath

 

On this special night, we tune into the ancient tools of the Native Americans using rattles for clearing energy, shamanic drumming to ground & release negative energies, in order to tune into your own unique heart song with the Native American flutes. Followed by a deeper relaxation journey with the Himalayan Singing Bowls sound bath to be deeply rejuvenated.

Due to recent COVID-19 restrictions, we can only accommodate 3 pax for the session. Please register your mat space before 05 June 2021.

 

Things to bring:

• A small neck pillow for neck support.

• An eye mask/pillow.

• A sweater, shawl or blanket for your own comfort, anything you need to keep yourself warm. (Aircon can get really cold)

• Yoga mat provided but please bring your own mat to layer on if you need more support. 

• Drinking water to aid with detox post session. 

• Come dressed comfortably in loose clothing you can lie down in.
