This is the foundation course to activate the Reiki flow through your hands. It is an ideal way for you to begin your journey to wellness. It can also be used to complement other forms of healing &/or treatment for yourself and your pet.

Reiki may accelerate ones natural ability to heal, balance the mind and body, calm emotions, stimulate spiritual equilibrium, relieve stress and tension, support and catalyse change.

At THE 1 SPACE, we teach the Traditional Usui Reiki which requires no religious beliefs or spiritual background. This will be a hands-on workshop with practicals, sharings, and discussions. You will be able to explore and experience Reiki for yourself.

After this workshop, you will be able to Reiki for life. You will have with you, this simple and easy tool to use always, to support yourself and your pet for better health and well-being!
